Larry Gleason
President of Theatrical Distribution
Larry began his career in film entertainment as a theatre manager in the General Cinema chain. For the next 20 years, Gleason expanded his experience in theatre exhibition management at both General Cinema and Mann Theatres where he became President. From there Gleason branched out into marketing and distribution as he joined De Laurentis Entertainment Group as President of Marketing and Distribution. Gleason next moved on to Paramount, then MGM as President of Worldwide Theatrical Distribution, while also serving as Co-President of United Artists - producing and acquiring films such as Jeepers Creepers, Ghost World, Legally Blonde, the Barbershop franchise, the James Bond movie Die Another Day, as well as Academy Award winners Leaving Las Vegas and No Man's Land, to name a few. Larry has over thirty years of experience in running both studio and independent theatrical distribution teams and has strong ties to all the exhibition chains covering all the theatres across the country.
Steve Rockabrand
President of Marketing & Ancillaries
With twenty plus years experience in the mass entertainment marketing field, Steve is responsible for directing the sales and
business activities in home video, television, pay-per-view, video on demand, airlines, lodging, satellite industries and new
technologies at Full Circle Releasing, joining the company five years ago. Rockabrand began his motion picture industry career in 1972
with National Screen Service, serving as branch, regional and divisional manager in the ensuing nine years. In 1982 he joined the
New York Times Company as executive director of marketing, sales and pay per-view for NYT's Cable T.V. While there, he
developed several unique revenue producing programming concepts with HBO, Showtime and Prism and implemented strategies
that increased the subscription base by 40%. He also built NYT'S pay-per-view business to where it was recognized as the
best marketed and revenue producing system in the country. In 1989 Rockabrand joined Paramount Pictures' motion picture group
as vice president of pay television and ancillary markets. During his two contract periods at Paramount, he developed and
implemented business, sales and marketing plans, which produced a 50% increase in revenue in all ancillary markets. For six
years Rockabrand served as senior vice president, programming, new business development and distribution for TVN
Entertainment Corporation. He executive produced for the first time nationally, two of the world renowned Cirque Du Soleil events
on pay-per-view television in addition to major boxing and music events. He also developed, programmed and launched the first
40 channel digital pay-per-view movie and event service for the cable and satellite industries.
David and Scott Hillenbrand
Co-Founders
Brothers David and Scott Hillenbrand are the Co-Founders of Full Circle Releasing. They come to Distribution by way of being independent filmmakers whose film production company Hill & Brand Entertainment expanded over the years to handle key areas of worldwide distribution, leading to the birthing of Full Circle Releasing. At Hill & Brand the brothers also arrange the financing in addition to overseeing worldwide distribution and managing all business affairs aspects for their library of feature films and television productions. As Directors, the brothers were honored in 2005 as they were invited to join the prestigious Directors Guild of America (DGA). David and Scott were born and raised in Long Island, New York. After attending the High School for Performing Arts in New York, Scott received a BS in Theatre/Film from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. David also traveled to the mid west receiving his undergraduate degree in Radio/Television/Film along with a Special Concentration in Music from Indiana University. He then received a graduate degree from the University of Southern California for Film Scoring. The brothers' film library includes the National Lampoon's Dorm Daze franchise; cult hit Gamebox 1.0; King Cobra, Pinata: Survival Island, and Hostile Takeover.

Larry Gleason directs Full Circle Releasing's veteran booking team led by Randy Slaughter and Ron Rogers who each have over thirty five years of theatrical distribution experience.

Full Circle Releasing has a strategic relationship with Entertainment Research & Marketing who function as additional marketing consultants and who handle all research testing for Full Circle. Principals Joseph Craig and Gary Faber are practically the NY Division of Full Circle.
Joseph Craig has become synonymous with market research in both film and Broadway. In 2003, he formed NRGi, a division of The Nielsen Company, to work one-on-one with independent filmmakers and live theatrical producers. Joseph has developed countless relationships with theatrical producers, filmmakers and studio heads, and is known for his tireless pursuit of client satisfaction.
Most recently Gary Faber was the head of marketing at The Weinstein Company, overseeing all marketing and academy campaigns on a diverse slate of films, from Hoodwinked to The Reader. Prior to joining The Weinstein Company, Gary was at Miramax Films, focusing on the company's independent/art house release. During his tenure at Miramax Films, he worked on campaigns that included Chicago, Gangs of New York, City of God, and In the Bedroom. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with filmmakers, agents, and talent on on formulating distribution plans, publicity efforts, media strategies and developing creative materials.
